Shipping costs and delivery times are determined according to the customer’s postcode. After choosing your map and proceeding to the shopping cart, you will be able to calculate the estimated delivery time.
ATTENTION: As this is a personalized product, there is a PRODUCTION TIME that is added to the DELIVERY TIME. The timeframe shown in the cart and at checkout already includes this total.
Production Times:
- Jewelry: up to 10 business days
- Digital: up to 1 business day
- Framed or unframed map: up to 3 business days
Payment authorization by the credit card company may take up to 24 hours. Bank transfer payments may take up to 3 business days for approval.
Once your order is approved, we will begin the production process. After shipping, you will receive a tracking code via email.
After we ship your map, delivery is the responsibility of the courier. Of course, we are available to provide all types of support, but we can only handle what is within our control.
